LITTLE BOB
Without mistake, one can only say what a legend Little Bob is regarding Rock'n'Roll History. Neither success, glory, hits, airplay nor homage could ever testify enough of his contribution to music.
It all goes back to France's main northern port. A tough mother of a rain-battered grey hole called Le Havre. Le Havre is the closest France ever gets to the look and feel of Liverpool or New Jersey: oil terminals, super tankers, refineries, chemical plants, warehouses, longshoremen, etc. Little Bob comes from here, and for those to whom such things matter, Little Bob's story features all the right Rock & Roll ingredients. Bob can out mean-street anyone. Bob's been at it for a while, playing every armpit France has to offer with his legendary band called Little Bob Story, Bob even ventured to England (300 gigs) attracting the "gunslingers" of British rock critics, opening" the road as he traveled it, playing all around Europe, singing on every single stage on this road from Irish pubs to Hells Angels bars, from Universities to big Festivals. Literally setting venues on fire! Touring as if the fate of the free world depended on it. The greatest have always considered Bob as one of their own. Recording with Steve Hunter (Mytch Ryder, Lou Reed, Alice Cooper...), Charlie Sexton (the Texas Boy Wonder), Kenny Margolis (of Mink Deville and Cracker) Dave Alvin (Blasters) and on stage with Maria McKee, Chuck E.Weiss & Benmont Tench in Holliwood, Dr Feelgood, Beverly Jo Scott & Southside Johnny in Paris, Willy DeVille & Johnny Thunder in England. Little Bob cherishes the way of singing of classic rock and blues singers from Little Richard or Howling Wolf to Eric Burdon. Bob's got the secret magic ingredient which makes all the difference in the heart of his fans: the innocence, the fervor & the ingenuity. Bob pulls it off, never blinks, never winks, he discards the "Camp," easy way-out, gambles on the power of bare emotion, and comes out a winner. His look and tremondous voice make him unique to the audience. Each time Little Bob's release a new album it is a good news, if anything because, as wise men say, "whenever a dreamer fulfills his dream, other dreamers ought to celebrate.

DRESS is Brigitte Buhlmann-Poget Vocals and Laurent Poget, guitars. The group is based in Lausanne, Switzerland. Their new album is called "Misunderstanding". All songs are composed and arranged by Dress except a cover "Trouble" by Cat Stevens. The music is a crossover between Pop, Rock and Soul...
They started putting songs together in 2003 and in 2005 they teamed up with sound engineer Bernard Amaudruz to record their first album at the Artefax Studio in Lausanne, Switzerland.
Keyboarder Pierre Audétat, drummer Christophe Calpini and bassist Mimmo Pisino gave the best of their creativity, and with the huge personality of these fine musicians the songs found their true identity. The group now hit the stage....

TITANIC today
In the following pages you can see the other originals of TITANIC ; Kjell ASPERUD, Kenny AAS and John LORCK, who have since decided to quit the music business and create their own enterprises.

Roy ROBINSON and Janny LOSETH felt they had a lot more to do, Roy making records in the U.S:A including a very good version of
“ Eleanor Rigby “ and Janny going on a Russian Tour, playing with the band “ SPACE “ appearing at The Moscow Olympic Stadium and Red Square. He found it “ quite interesting “ playing rock ‘n’ roll behind “ The Wall “.

They both moved down to the south of France, which turned out to be a good idea. Many experienced musicians who found it impossible to stop playing, also enjoyed sunshine, hanging out, and jamming together. That’s how  Janny  met English bass player Mick WALKER.
They formed a rock blues band and performed in various places around Europe which brought them eventually to Geneva, where they met English-Australian sax player Phil WILTON and Swiss drummer Didier BLUM. They opted to modify their line up and called for Roy to start TITANIC again.

Producers and Agents soon became interested  in the band which resulted in “I’m the law” now available on DVD .

The new album “ASHES AND DIAMONDS “, being recorded at the present time, is to be released in April 2007.

The band has already been booked for festivals in Europe including Lillehammer (Norway) 25th-27th May playing alongside STEPPENWOLF, MANFRED MANN and IAN HUNTER of mott the hoople fame !

TITANIC is a band you will see and hear a lot of in the future.

Bernie Constantin
Voisin de Stéphane Eicher, Yello, Double et Krokus sur la compilation “Swiss rock & Pop Anthology” éditée par la Suisa avec son premier hit Switzerland Reggae, Bernie Constantin est un artiste majeur de ce pays avec une carrière d’une étonnante longévité jalonnée de disques remarquables qui continue de plus belle aujourd’hui avec “Menaces d’Amour”, ce nouvel album explosif et feutré a la fois, ainsi que sa venue à Rock oz Arènes à Avenches le 19 août 06 en compagnie de Texas et Nada Surf.

Auteur-compositeur inspiré, chanteur remarquable, showman percutant, à son retour de Los Angeles Bernie Constantin se fit remarquer et signa avec la multinationale WEA pour un album qui fit éclater de rire toute la francophonie si ce n’est un bon bout de la planète et c’est ainsi, avec Switzerland Reggae, que la Suisse découvrit sa rock star via l’étranger.
Paléo 82….Midem 83…Printemps de Bourges…Paléo 84…Gurten 85…etc… Bernie Constantin est de tous les grands rendez-vous des 80’s. Alors qu’un nouveau titre “Lola Berlingo” est en playlist sur Europe 1, ses pairs francophones Higelin et particulièrement Alain Bashung le reconnaissent comme un des leurs.
En 1986 le voilà qui tourne sous la direction de Francis Reusser dans La loi sauvage” avec le regretté Michel Constantin… on dit de lui qu’il était bon acteur mais il dira: “c’est pas vraiment mon truc… Je sais le faire mais bon…”, Il s'en ira aussi déchirer le rideau de rösti national via les grands festivals et sera l'unique romand du super groupe THE SWISS ALL STAR BAND qui réunit la crème des artistes du pays sur un superbe album live puis, il prendra le temps de devenir père dans les nineties tout en écrivant “Matterhorn Matinée” un rock opera fantastique qui fera un grand succès lors d’expo 02. Un genre qu’il réitéra avec “Vasistas” en 2004 avec un final grandiose au festival du “Chant du Gros” où la débauche d’énergie et de nouveautés soniques laissent entrevoir ce que nous réserve le nouvel album (2006) “Menaces d’Amour” ainsi que le nouveau spectacle. Bernie Constantin vit avec son temps, sa musique aussi. Du rock bien sûr et toujours mais d’une modernité certaine, ainsi il lui arrive de citer Picasso : “ça prend du temps d’être jeune” lorsqu’on lui demande où en est la musique rock de nos jours,…
