Sabor Latino The Quintet was born from the meeting of young musicians from different Latin American countries (Cuba, Columbia, Peru, Brazil, Argentina, Italia), who play for Salsa's and Latin Jazz's Stars during their European tours. The members of "Sabor Latino" work for Celia Cruz, Alfredo de la Fé, El Canario, La India, Cheo Feliciano, Jimmy Bosh, David Valentin, the King of Percussions Giovanni Hildago and others.

Malevos “Malevos” (bagarreurs dans l’argot argentin) est né de l’envie de trois mordus du tango de vibrer et faire vibrer les gens à travers ce “sentiment qui se danse”. Cette sonorité d’une formation en trio, qui peut parfois se transformer en quintette (en ajoutant un piano et un violon ou alto) est un mariage exquis entre la sensualité lascive et provocante du bandonéon, les vibrations harmoniques de la guitare et la profondeur, tantôt bonhomme, tantôt agressive de la contrebasse. Dans ce ménage à trois où des auteurs tels que Horacio Salgán, Astor Piazzola, et Anibal Troilo, entre autres, viennent se blottir entre les touches et les cordes de ces instruments, intervient la voix chaude et modulée de Sonia Levitan, remarquable d’intensité et d’authenticité.
Au “blues” de Buenos Aires, le tango, s’ajoutent des rythmes cadencés et colorés de valses, de milongas et candombés dans lesquels “Malevos” aime à entraîner son public jusqu’aux rives du Río de la Plata.
