Manu Le Prince With the passing years, Manu Le Prince has managed to establish himself as one of the most beautiful voices of Latin Jazz in the Hexagon… This singer with her warm and sensual tone of voice, songwriter and composer as well, knows how to colour the standards with her own personality giving them new dimensions. Brazilian in her heart and Anglo-Argentinian by origin, Manu has been going back and forth between France and Brazil for over twenty years. This allows her now to offer a happy mix of the jazz that cradled her childhood with Bossa rhythms and MPB. Her truly colourful journey leads us from the famous group of Christian Vander Magma, to her collaboration with the trombonist Raul De Souza… or with the dithyrambic Hermeto Pascoal. The latter wrote on his album MADRUGADA: Ela pensa, ela sente, ela canta maravilhosamente bem” “She thinks, she feels and she sings beautifully”.
